Abstract

During the laying process of the core material of the high-speed train floor,gaps will inevitably occur.This article aims to investigate the effect of material paving gaps on the sound insulation characteristics of high-speed train floor structures.Firstly,taking a simple sandwich panel structure as an example,simulation calculations were conducted to ana-lyze the impact of internal gaps on its overall sound insulation characteristics from a mechanistic perspective.Subsequently,the trial samples were validated through air sound insulation tests.Finally,the above research results were applied to the floor structure of high-speed trains to explore the impact of the paving gap between the core material and the wooden bone structure on the sound insulation performance of the floor.The research results indicate that as the material gap increases,the sound insulation effect of sandwich panels at the intermediate frequency of 315-800 Hz increases first and then decreases.When the material gap is 11 mm,the overall weighted sound insulation reaches its maximum.The same rule is also adaptive to the floor structure of high-speed trains.When the paving gap between the core material and the wooden bone is 5 mm,the intermediate frequency sound insulation near 400 Hz is improved by 1-2 dB,and the overall weighted sound insulation of the floor reaches the maximum.Compared to the original floor structure,its weighted sound insulation has increased by 0.5 dB,while the surface density has decreased by 0.6 kg/m2.The relevant research may provide a data reference for the material paving process and acoustic lightweight design of high-speed train body materials.
