施氮对酿酒专用稻产量及品质的影响
Effect of Nitrogen Application on the Yield and Quality of Brewing Specific Rice

Abstract
To clarify the effects of nitrogen application on the yield,yield components,and grain quality of brewing-specia-lized rice,a field split-plot experiment was conducted using the variety'Jingkang Youzhenniang'at the Luxian Experimental Base of the Rice and Sorghum Research Institute,Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Nitrogen application rates were set as the main plots(0,105,150,195 kg/hm2),and nitrogen fertilizer scheduling methods were set as sub-plots,with three levels of N1(basal fertilizer∶tillering fertilizer∶panicle fertilizer=7∶3∶0),N2(basal fertilizer∶tillering fertili-zer∶panicle fertilizer=6∶0∶4),and N3(basal fertilizer∶tillering fertilizer∶panicle fertilizer=10∶0∶0).The yield and quali-ty of the brewing-specialized rice under different treatments were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that nitrogen application had significant effects on the yield,yield components,and brewing-related grain quality of'Jingkang Youzhen-niang'.The treatment with a nitrogen application rate of 150 kg/hm2 and the N2 scheduling method(basal∶tillering∶pani-cle=6∶0∶4)achieved the highest yield.The primary reasons were that it ensured an adequate number of basic seedlings while increasing the number of productive panicles and maintaining a relatively high seed setting rate,resulting in a signifi-cant yield increase.Correlation analysis indicated that the actual yield of'Jingkang Youzhenniang'was significantly or highly significantly positively correlated with the maximum seedling number and the number of productive pani-cles.Compared to the no-nitrogen treatment(T0),the average values of grain length-width ratio,chalkiness degree,chal-ky grain rate,protein content,amylose content,and total starch content in the brewing-specialized rice under different nitrogen application and scheduling combinations increased by 6.31%,and 4.62,17.49,0.37,1.89,8.52 percentage points,respectively.Compared to the N2 treatment,the N1 treatment resulted in reductions of 3.78%and 4.89,0.57,0.29,1.47 percentage points in grain length-width ratio,chalkiness degree,protein content,amylose content,and total starch content,respectively.The N3 treatment resulted in reductions of 2.52%and 2.07,0.59,0.26,1.81 percentage points for the same parameters,respectively.Overall,under reasonable nitrogen application rates and scheduling strategies,the brewing-specialized rice variety'Jingkang Youzhenniang'achieved a total starch content reaching or exceeding 83.38%,an amylose content no less than 25.54%,and a chalkiness degree no less than 20.23%.These values fully meet all the standard requirements for brewing-specialized rice.关键词
