新型植物诱抗剂奥香敏对棉花生长发育及产量品质的影响
Effects of A New Plant Resistance Inducer Aoxiangmin on Growth,Development,Yield and Quality of Cotton

Abstract
In order to explore the effect of the new plant resistance inducer Aoxiangmin on cotton physiological characteris-tics and yield,determine the optimal application concentration,and clarify possible yield increase mechanisms,this study used early-maturing cotton JX0010 as the test material,using conventional pesticide treatment as control group 1(CK1),and spraying water treatment as control group 2(CK2).Three Aoxiangmin concentration treatments were set up,10 mM(A1),15 mM(A2)and 20 mM(A3)respectively.The physiological indicators,agronomic characters,yield and quality of cotton in different treatments and different growth periods,and the harm of Spodoptera litura were investigated and com-pared.The results showed that the height of the first fruit branch,number of fruit branches,and plant height of cotton trea-ted with different concentrations of Aoxiangmin were significantly higher than those of CK2,and the SPAD value of leaves in A2 treatment during flowering and boll stage was significantly higher than that of CK2.The peroxidase(POD)activities of treatments A1,A2 and A3 were significantly higher than those of CK1 and CK2 at different growth stages,the phenylala-nine ammonia lyase(PAL)activities were significantly higher than those of CK2,and the malondialdehyde content were significantly lower than those of CK2.The single boll weight,seed cotton yield and various fiber indicators treated with different concentrations of oxammine were significantly higher than those of CK2,but there was no significant difference from CK1.Aoxiangmin has good control effect on Spodoptera litura in cotton fields,and A2 and A3 treatments perform be-tter.Comprehensive analysis shows that Aoxiangmin can promote cotton growth and improve seed cotton yield and fiber quality.To a certain extent,it can replace conventional pesticides and provide a possible way for green cotton production.关键词
