轮作模式对烟田土壤理化性质及微生物群落结构的影响
The Influence of Crop Rotation Patterns on the Physical and Chemical Properties of Tobacco Field Soil and the Structure of Microbial Communities

Abstract
To explore the flue-cured tobacco planting model suitable for Xiangxi region and improve the utilization efficien-cy of tobacco fields,taking the flue-cured tobacco chain as the control,three two-year three-cropping rotation models for tobacco fields,namely flue-cured tobacco-rapeseed-corn,flue-cured tobacco-rapeseed-upland rice,and flue-cured to-bacco-rapeseed-buckwheat,were set up to compare the physical and chemical properties of the soil and the microbial community structure under different planting patterns.The results showed that,compared with the continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco,different rotation models all increased alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen and available potassium,and the di-versity of soil microorganisms,and increased the Shannon index of soil fungal communities to varying degrees,and changed the structure of microbial communities and dominant bacterial groups.The dominant fungal community at the phylum level has transformed into the Ascomycota phylum,and has promoted the significant enrichment of eco-friendly bacterial commu-nities such as Lactobacillus.The physical and chemical properties of soil have a significant correlation with the microbial community.For example,the Acidobacteriota phylum is highly positively correlated with alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen.A com-prehensive analysis shows that the comprehensive soil improvement effect of the flue-cured tobacco-rapeseed-corn model is the best,and its economic benefits are the highest.It is more suitable for application and promotion in the western Hunan region.关键词
