Abstract
Urban renewal now increasingly values shared spaces to enhance residents'well-being.This study explores how to optimize shared space design in aging northeastern Chinese communities through design ethics and psychology perspectives.By creating spatial resonance,we aim to meet diverse needs and improve physical,psychological,and social welfare.Key recommendations include balancing equity and inclusivity,focusing on visual/emotional experiences,encouraging community participation,and integrating eco-smart technologies,providing practical solutions for neighborhood regeneration.关键词
