山西省"三普"食用豆种质资源调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Food Legume Germplasm Resources of The Third National Crop Germplasm Resource Survey and Collection Action in Shanxi Province

Abstract
The Shanxi province of China harbors diverse and abundant food legume germplasm resources with significant value on research and breeding.This study reported a systematic evaluation of food legume diversity in Shanxi province,based on the data obtained from"The Third National Crop Germplasm Resource Survey and Collection Action".Our analysis of 1907 accessions revealed substantial taxonomic diversity,encompassing 1 family(Fabaceae),8 genera,and 14 species.Based on ecological habits and end-use,these germplasm was classified according to three ecological adaptation categories(cool-season,temperate-season and warm-season food legumes)and six utilization categories.The germplasm resources collected from 11 prefecture-level cities are ranked:Linfen,Xinzhou,Lvliang,Yuncheng,Datong,Jinzhong,Changzhi,Jincheng,Taiyuan,Shuozhou and Yangquan.Common bean represented the most widely cultivated and abundant germplasm,followed by cowpea,mung bean,and pea.Geographical distribution patterns showed distinct regional specialization:Cool-season food legumes predominated in central and northern regions of Shanxi province,temperate-season food legumes in central and southern areas,while warm-season food legumes were distributed in both north and south regions.Altitude distribution analysis revealed that 863 accessions were collected at 801-1200 meter elevation,followed by 594(1201-1600 m),23(0-400 m)and 4(>2000 m).From the perspective of soil types of the source of germplasm resources,the source of 1907 resources are divided into 7 soil classes,10 soil great groups,and 21 sub-categories.Among the 10 soil great groups,cinnamon soil has an absolute advantage,with a total of 1247 resources from this soil great group,followed by chestnut cinnamon soil and loessial soil.The number of brown soil resources is the smallest,with only 1 collection.Collectively,through systematic investigation and field evaluation of these food legume germplasm accessions from Shanxi province,this study provides comprehensive characterization of collections from"The Third Crop Germplasm Resource Survey and Collection Actions",providing implications for their research,utilization,utilization and conservation in the region.关键词
