绿豆种质在山西省不同生态条件下表型及品质的变异分析
Variation Analysis of Phenotype and Quality of Mung Bean Germplasm under Different Ecological Conditions in Shanxi Province

Abstract
Mung bean(Vigna radiata)is a characteristic crop in Shanxi province.Exploring the impact of ecological conditions in different planting areas on the phenotype and quality of mung bean germplasm resources is of great significance for optimizing planting strategies,improving mung bean yield and nutritional quality.The agronomic traits and nutritional quality of 10 mung bean germplasm in Yuci,Huairen and Linfen were analyzed.The results showed that the average number of pods per plant of mung beans in Huairen area(30.87)was significantly higher than that in Yuci(24.07)and Linfen(20.70),while the plant height of mung beans in Linfen area(66.14 cm)was significantly higher than that in Yuci(47.46 cm)and Huairen(42.36 cm).In terms of quality,the average protein content of mung beans in Linfen area was the highest(26.80%),which was significantly higher than that in Huairen(23.82%)and Yuci(23.19%).The starch content of mung beans in the Yuci area(47.35%)was significantly higher than that of the Huairen area,but there was no significant difference compared to the Linfen area.In addition,the fat content(2.49%),total polyphenol content(3.30 mg GAE/g),total flavonoid content(2.34 mg RE/g)and DPPH free radical scavenging ability(55.55 μmol/g),ABTS cationic free radical scavenging ability(28.75 μmol/g)of mung beans in Yuci area were all significantly better than those in the Huairen and Linfen areas.Correlation analysis found that plant height,fat content,total flavone content,total polyphenol content,vitexin content,and isovitexin content of mung beans were closely related to the climatic conditions of the production area.The low temperature in Huairen area could promote the accumulation of total flavonoid content in mung bean,and the high relative humidity in Yuci area might inhibit the synthesis of fat.The results of this study can provide guidance for quality breeding of mung bean,and also provide important theoretical support for planting and production of high-quality mung bean.关键词
