基于四联方案的胃苏颗粒治疗对Hp感染合并萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜病变情况的影响
To Investigate the Effect of Weisu Granules Based on Four Joint Program Regimen on Gastric Mucosal Lesions in Patients with Hp Infection Complicated with Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Weisu Granules based on four joint program in the treatment of gastric mucosal lesions in patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection complicated with atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 90 patients with HP infection complicated with atrophic gastritis admitted to Wuxue Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the Western medicine group,the traditional Chinese medicine group and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with the quadruple therapy,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Weisu Granules,and the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with the quadruple therapy combined with Weisu Granules.The levels of gastrin(GAS),motilin(MTL),and gastrin-17(G-17),as well as the TCM syndrome scores were compared among the three groups.Levels of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)].Result:After treatment,the GAS and MTL in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,while the G-17 level was higher than that in the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores(belching,acid reflux,abdominal distension and abdominal pain)in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gaisu Granules have a significant effect in the treatment of patients with HP infection complicated with atrophic gastritis.It can improve the clinical gastric discomfort symptoms of patients,effectively regulate the levels of gastrointestinal hormones,promote the repair of gastric mucosa,and reduce the inflammatory response.关键词
