Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical diagnostic value of combined detection of serum human epididymal protein 4(HE4),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),human chorionic gonadotropin β subunit(β-HCG),and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)for endometrial cancer(EC).Method:A total of 112 patients with EC admitted to Shaanxi Provincial Transportation Hospital from February 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects and included in the case group.They were finely divided according to different pathological types.During the same period,60 patients with benign uterine lesions were selected as the control group.The levels of serum HE4,CA199,β-HCG and TSH in each group were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.The differences in serum marker levels among each group were compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of each marker and the combined detection.Result:The levels of serum HE4 and CA199 in the endometrial cancer group were higher than those in the benign lesion group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).While there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of β-HCG and TSH between the two groups(P>0.05).Among different pathological classifications,there were certain differences in the levels of each marker(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the diagnostic efficacy of HE4 alone was relatively high.The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined detection of the four markers reached 0.912,and the sensitivity and specificity were 86.6%and 88.3%,respectively.Conclusion:The combined detection of serum HE4,CA199,β-HCG and TSH can improve the diagnostic efficacy of endometrial cancer and provide a strong basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
