中药灌肠与芒硝外敷对急性胰腺炎患者的影响比较

Abstract
Objective:The effects of traditional Chinese medicine enema and external application of mirnitus on patients with acute pancreatitis were compared.Method:60 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine care.The control group was given enema with traditional Chinese medicine,while the observation group was treated with external application of mirnitus.The syndrome of TCM,symptom recovery time and intra-abdominal pressure before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared.Result:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the syndrome TCM of the patients all decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The pain relief time,the disappearance time of abdominal distension and the cessation time of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in intra-abdominal pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 7 days of intervention,the intra-abdominal pressure of the patients gradually decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enema with traditional Chinese medicine and external application of mirnitus can shorten the symptom recovery time of patients with acute pancreatitis,improve the TCM syndrome score and reduce intra-abdominal pressure.关键词
