苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合舒芬太尼静脉全麻在宫腔镜息肉摘除手术的临床应用
Clinical Application of Remimazolam Besylate Combined with Sufentanil Intravenous General Anesthesia in Hysteroscopic Polypectomy Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of remimazolam besylate combined with sufentanil intravenous general anesthesia in hysteroscopic polyp removal surgery.Method:200 patients who underwent hysteroscopic polyp removal in Zhaoqing Central People's Hospital from March 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the double-blind method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received anesthesia induction and surgery with conventional propofol at 2 mk/kg and sufentanil at 5 ug,while the experimental group received anesthesia induction and surgery with remimazolam besylate at 7 mg and sufentanil at 5 ug.The modified sedation score(1 min after administration,15 min after the start of the operation,and 5 min after disadministration),intraoperative adverse events(including abnormal blood pressure,bradycardia,abnormal breathing,etc.),degree of injection pain[evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)],and time from injection to sleep were recorded and compared between the two groups of patients.The time from the last administration to recovery,the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,etc.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in the modified sedation scores between the two groups at 15 minutes after the start of the operation(P>0.05).The modified sedation score of the experimental group 1 minute after administration was lower than that of the control group,and the modified sedation score 5 minutes after drug withdrawal was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the abnormal blood pressure rate between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The rates of bradycardia and abnormal breathing in the experimental group were both lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score for pain injection,the time from drug injection to sleep,and the time from the last drug administration to awakening in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam besylate combined with sufentanil intravenous general anesthesia has a good clinical effect on hysteroscopic polyp removal surgery.It has the advantages of rapid anesthesia induction and faster postoperative recovery,and can reduce intraoperative bradycardia,abnormal breathing and other conditions in patients,improve tolerance,and has good safety.关键词
