益肺鼻安汤联合孟鲁司特钠对过敏性鼻炎患者鼻腔生理功能和血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的影响
Effects of Yifei Bi'an Decoction Combined with Montelukast Sodium on Nasal Physiological Function and Serum Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Yifei Bi'an decoction combined with Montelukast sodium on symptom improvement,serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)level,and nasal physiological function in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:A total of 150 AR patients admitted Qingyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the Western medicine group(n=75,treated with Monteluast sodium)and the combined group(n=75,treated with Yifei Bi'an decoction combined with Monteluast sodium)according to the random number table method.The clinical data of the two groups were collected and the improvement of symptoms,serum MCP-1 levels,changes in nasal physiological functions and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the Western medicine group,the total effective rate of the combined group increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the symptom score,MCP-1,nasal resistance(NR),nasal mucociliary transport time(MTT),Mucociliary Clearance Rate(MCR),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups of AR patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores,MCP-1,NR,MTT,MCR,IL-6 and TNF-α of AR patients in both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,the reduction of the above indicators in the combined group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the Western medicine group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Bi'an decoction combined with Montelukast sodium has a definite effect in the treatment of AR patients.It can improve the clinical symptoms and nasal physiological functions of patients,and reduce the serum MCP-1 level,with high safety.关键词
