胁痛贴外敷治疗肝癌患者胁痛的疗效观察
Clinical observation and study of hypochondriac pain in patients with liver cancer treated by applied by Hypochondriac application

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Hypochondriac application in the treatment of patients with liver cancer accompanied by hypochondriac pain.Methods:A randomized and controlled experiment was conducted.Eighty patients with liver cancer accompanied by hypochondriac pain were divided into a treatment group(Hypochondriac application+oral administration of Oxycontin)and a control group(oral administration of Oxycontin),with 40 cases in each group.The pain score,dosage of Oxycontin,changes in liver function,quality of life and adverse reactions,and satisfaction rate of nursing of the patients before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:First,pain evaluation:after treatment,the pain score of patients in the treatment group decreased significantly(P＜0.05),and the effective rate of pain relief was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Second,dosage of Oxycontin:after treatment,the dosage of Oxycontin used by patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Third,quality of life:after treatment,the quality of life of patients in the treatment group improved significantly(P＜0.05).Fourth,liver function:after treatment,ALT and AST in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01),and AST in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Fifth,Adverse reactions:After treatment,the symptoms of drowsiness(25％vs 47.5％)and anaphasia(17.5％vs 30％)in the treatment group were reduced compared with those in the control group(P＜0.05).Sixth,nursing satisfaction rate:after treatment,the very satisfied rate of nursing in the control group was higher than that in the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Hypochondriac application can significantly improve the pain symptoms of patients with liver cancer accompanied by hypochondriac pain,reduce the dosage and adverse reactions of Oxycontin in patients,improve the quality of life,and has good safety.关键词
