摘要

Abstract

Establishing a vocational-general integrated education system is a key measure for strengthening vocational education reform within the education system.The proposal of this policy not only addresses existing issues in the current education framework but is also underpinned by deeper foundational logic in multiple dimensions:developing new-quality productive forces,building a powerful human resources nation,promoting educational equity,optimizing the positioning of vocational education as a distinct category,respecting the developmental patterns of vocational education,complying with the growth patterns of skilled talents,and establishing a lifelong education ecosystem.The construction of the education system must follow principles,adhere to logic,confront challenges directly and implement tailored measures to ensure the substantive effectiveness of vocational education reform.
