嵌入性理论视角下职业本科教育与区域经济互动发展的制度审思
Institutional Reflection on the Interactive Development between Vocational Undergraduate Education and Regional Economy from the Perspective of Embeddedness Theory
摘要
Abstract
New-quality productive forces are reshaping the technological system and industrial landscape of regional economies,and endowing vocational undergraduate education with"three new missions":cultivating new-quality talents,developing regional emerging industrial clusters,and deepening green and low-carbon transformation.Based on the embeddedness theory,a six-dimensional embeddedness framework encompassing"technology,time,market,space,governance and culture"is constructed to conduct an institutional analysis of"three new missions"dimension by dimension.Based on this,strategies for the embedded institutional construction for the interactive development between vocational undergraduate colleges and regional economies are proposed:regional governments should be driven by"new-quality talents—industrial clusters—green and low-carbon transformation"to improve planning and incentives;colleges need to focus on"discovery—transmission—transformation"to systematically enhance their internal impetus for school operation;enterprises should collaborate through"technology output—talent cultivation—cultural integration"to improve the quality and efficiency of cooperation.关键词
