摘要

Abstract

Undergraduate-level vocational education is a type of education aimed at cultivating high-level skilled talents,with"high-level"as its core,"job requirements"as its orientation,"double-qualified teachers"as the key leverage,and"school-enterprise cooperation"as the carrier.Currently,undergraduate-level vocational education still faces issues such as unclear positioning of educational types,inaccurate orientation of talents cultivation objectives,a disconnect between specialty settings and industrial demands,an imperfect specialty evaluation mechanism,an unsound industry-education integration mechanism,a single form of school-enterprise cooperation,a low proportion of"double-qualified teachers",and a weak teaching staff.Based on policy orientation,undergraduate-level vocational education should identify its development positioning and clarify talents cultivation objectives;align with industrial development needs and fit the school's educational characteristics;establish a guarantee mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation and explore an integrated school-enterprise cultivation model;adhere to the principle of"external recruitment and internal development"to strengthen the construction of a high-caliber talents team;establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system and dynamically implement evaluation monitoring and feedback;and reasonably utilize digital technology to create a data ecosystem.
