教育强国战略下区域高技能人才供需适配:内涵重塑、逻辑困境与实践路径
Supply-demand Matching of Regional Highly Skilled Talents under the Strategy of Building a Powerful Education Country:Connotation Reshaping,Logical Dilemmas and Practical Paths

Abstract
The strategy of building a powerful education country requires that talents cultivation should be aligned with socio-economic development,emphasizing that vocational education should cultivate highly skilled talents capable of directly driving regional economic transformation,upgrading and innovative development.Based on skills formation theory,the core essence of matching the supply and demand for highly skilled talents in a region lies in shaping a knowledge system,skill experience,local innovative thinking,and regionalized skill qualities that are locally adaptable.From the political economy perspective,the structural contradictions among the controllers,suppliers,funders,and dominators of skills formation are concentrated in the following aspects:government implementation heterogeneity and the absence of long-term mechanisms,poor coordination between secondary and higher education and the failure of industry-education collaboration,insufficient government investment and a single financing mechanism,and inadequate coordination between national planning and market allocation.Therefore,efforts should be made to enhance the alignment between the supply of high-skilled talents and regional development needs by focusing on aspects such as governance system coordination,skill chain integration,the formation of a diversified and integrated framework,and the construction of talents cultivation mechanism.关键词
