Abstract

Accelerating the matching of talents supply and demand is crucial for deepening high-quality industrial development,improving the efficiency of educational resources allocation,and alleviating structural employment contradictions.Adopting the perspective of industry-education linkage and grounded in the technical and skilled talents demands of the artificial intelligence industry,this study analyzes the status and issues regarding the matching of talents cultivation in vocational colleges in China and industrial needs.Currently,the competition in artificial intelligence is essentially a comprehensive comparison of talents resources in terms of quantity,structure and quality.Vocational colleges,as the main force in cultivating applied artificial intelligence talents,still face contradictions encompassing quantitative,structural,and capability mismatches between talents cultivation and industrial demands.The study proposes suggestions to establish an industry demand-oriented tracking and analysis mechanism,optimize the artificial intelligence program system in vocational education,and continuously strengthen the connotation development of artificial intelligence programs.These measures aim to further consolidate the foundation for matching talents cultivation with industrial needs.
