产教融合何以促进高职"双师型"教师专业发展
How Can Industry-education Integration Promote Professional Development of"Dual-qualified"Teachers in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
The professional development level of"dual-qualified"teachers directly affects the attractiveness and competitiveness of vocational education.This research adopted the grounded theory method based on the real context of industry-education integration,in-depth interviews were conducted with 26 vocational college teachers.By encoding the data at three levels,it constructs an impact path model for industry-education integration.Research has found that six main categories of factors,including policy implementation,enterprise resources matching,institutional mechanism regulation,individual drive,social environment recognition and student development feedback,work together to affect the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers.However,continuously improving the professional development abilities of"dual-qualified"teachers with a lifelong concept,building a"dual-qualified"teachers professional development platform through diversified resources linkage and implementing a"dual-qualified"teachers professional development mechanism through long-term management are effective ways to promote the professional development of"dual-qualified"teachers through industry-education integration.关键词
