新质生产力发展背景下中药学拔尖创新人才培养的思考
Reflections on cultivating top innovative talents in Chinese materia medica under the development of new quality productive forces

Abstract
As an important part of strategic emerging industries,the Chinese materia medica industry plays a crucial role in fostering new quality productive forces.Focusing on the development trends of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry under this new context,this study explores the training of top innovative talents in Chinese materia medica.It analyzes the current situation and future prospects of the industry,drawing from the practical experience and achievements of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in cultivating outstanding innovative talents in Chinese materia medica.The paper reviews the current state,existing problems,and challenges in talent cultivation,and innovatively proposes six pathways for developing top innovative talents in the field.Looking ahead,it is essential to align with the trends of new quality productive forces and remain committed to nurturing more high-quality and innovative TCM professionals to support the continuous prosperity and development of the TCM industry.关键词
