近20年针灸学教学研究现状与热点的可视化分析
Visual analysis of the current status and hotspots of acupuncture teaching research in the past 20 years

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the current status,research hotspots,and frontier trends in the field of acupuncture teaching over the past 20 years through bibliometric screening and visualization analysis.Methods Relevant literature on acupuncture teaching published between 2004 and 2023 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace software was used to visualize publication volume,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 615 articles were included.The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend,with Hunan province contributing the most.Burst word strength and keyword time zone analysis revealed that"curriculum ideology and politics"and"flipped classroom"were current research hotspots.Meanwhile,teaching reforms centered on hands-on training have deepened,the roles of teaching and learning are evolving,the trend of fully English-taught international education was becoming more prominent,and the integration of technology with online teaching represents a new direction.Conclusion The visual analysis reveals that acupuncture teaching research is increasingly focusing on areas such as curriculum ideology and politics,flipped classrooms,practical teaching,and internationalized teaching models.These educational reforms are contributing to improved teaching effectiveness and student autonomy,providing a scientific basis for the high-quality development of acupuncture education.关键词
