新时代背景下高等中医药院校教学管理人员素质探究
Exploration of the competencies of teaching administrators in higher institutions of traditional Chinese medicine under the new era
摘要
Abstract
Teaching administration in higher institutions of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)spans the entire educational process,adhering to its inherent laws and coordinating resources such as personnel,finances,and facilities to ensure orderly and effective operations.In the context of globalization and informatization in the new era,the demands on educational management have been increasingly elevated.As the backbone of the TCM education system,teaching administrators are now expected to meet higher standards in both competence and comprehensive capability.Starting from the challenges currently faced by teaching administrators,this study focuses on identifying the core competencies and requirements necessary for their roles.It further proposes targeted measures to enhance their professional level,aiming to build a high-quality team of teaching administrators capable of efficiently serving both faculty and students in higher TCM institutions.关键词
