Survey and research on employment service satisfaction via official WeChat accounts:based on the triple helix theory

Abstract
With the rapid development of internet technology,the ways in which students access employment information have diversified.Official WeChat accounts have largely replaced print media and become a key source of employment information for students.However,the uneven quality of online information raises higher demands on students'ability to identify and utilize accurate employment resources.The triple helix theory aims to analyze the new interactive relationships among government,industry,and universities.Based on this theory,this study surveyed students'satisfaction with employment services provided through the official WeChat accounts of government,universities,and enterprises to assess the service quality of each.The results show that each type of account has developed its own distinctive features and gained student approval.Students'varying levels of satisfaction reflect differences in their ability to access and process employment information.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out targeted employment guidance to enhance students'ability to obtain accurate and relevant job-related information.关键词
