Abstract

The joint distribution of rural delivery logistics is an effective way to compensate for the shortcomings of rural delivery lo-gistics,and the scientific and reasonable distribution of benefits is the key to protecting the enthusiasm of participating enterprises and promoting the sustainable development of the joint distribution alliance.To address the issue of distribution of interest in the joint distri-bution of rural postal express enterprises,based on the implementation of a three-tier rural delivery logistics joint distribution model consisting of a county-level distribution center,a township-level joint distribution center,and a village-level shared network,an ini-tial model was constructed for distribution of interest in rural delivery logistics based on the Shapley value method.Three model correc-tion factors were proposed to quantify resource input,risk factors,and market share of each participating enterprise,thus correcting the initial constructed traditional interest distribution model.Finally,the effectiveness of a comprehensive modified interest distribution mod-el was verified through a practical case study.The research results found that the comprehensive revised benefit distribution model was highly operable,the benefit distribution was closer to reality,which met the interests of all parties in the common distribution alliance,and the benefit distribution results were fairer and more reasonable,which was conducive to improving the stability of the common distri-bution alliance.
