多维驱动因素联动效应对企业新旧动能转换的影响
The influence of the linkage effect of multidimensional drivers on the transformation of old and new kinetic energy of enterprises

Abstract
In order to explore the driving factors of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of enterprises,this paper construc-ted a model of old and new kinetic energy transformation with the analytical framework of"supply side-demand side-structural trans-formation side"and the economic efficiency as the effect.Based on the survey data of 30 iron and steel enterprises in Shandong Prov-ince,this paper used structural equation modeling(SEM)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to carry out empirical tests.The results showed that:① There was a causal linear relationship among eight elements:scientific and technological innovation driving force,institutional change driving force,consumption upgrading pulling force,investment demand,export scale,human capital,resource reallocation,and economic efficiency.② There were three paths of old and new kinetic energy conversion,which are the de-mand pull-structural conversion type,the system driven-demand pull-structural conversion type,and the supply driven-demand pull-resource reallocation type.③ The linkage between the demand side and the structural transformation side contributed to the im-provement of the economic efficiency of enterprises,the science and technology innovation drive could make up for the shortage of hu-man capital,and the human capital and institutional change drive could make up for the shortage of the science and technology innova-tion drive and the consumption upgrading pulling force.关键词
