计划行为视角下ICU护士对口腔黏膜压力性损伤预防管理困境的质性研究
The dilemma of the prevention and management of oral mucosal pressure inju-ry in ICU nurses based on the theory of planned behavior:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective To explore the dilemmas of ICU nurses in preventing and managing oral mucosal pressure injuries based on the theory of planned behaviour,so as to provide a foundation for developing targeted interven-tions.Methods Using the phenomenological research method,a semi-structured interview was conducted in 12 ICU nurses from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method.Results Based on the theory of planned behavior,3 dimensions with 8 themes were extracted:behavioral attitudes(cognitive bias,negative attitudes);subjective norms(insufficient group support,patient-relat-ed constraints);and perceived behavioral control(limitations of medical equipment,excessive workload,conflict of responsibilities,lack of knowledge and skills).Conclusion ICU nurses demonstrated insufficient attention in pre-venting and managing oral mucosal pressure injuries,with management behaviors hindered by external pressures and inadequate support resources.The thematic content summarized in this study can provide a reference for the devel-opment of targeted intervention strategies and management plans in clinical practice in the future.关键词
