基于数据挖掘探析张廷模教授治疗糖尿病的用药经验规律
Exploring the law of medication experience of Professor Zhang Tingmo in the treatment of diabetes mellitus based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication experience of Professor Zhang Tingmo in the treatment of diabetes mellitus based on data mining.Methods:The medical records of diabetes patients treated by Prof.Zhang Tingmo from 2018 to 2023 were collected and screened,and data mining was carried out using the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Aid Platform"(2.5)to obtain the frequency of medicines,the nature of flavors and attribution of meridians,and the composition of the core medicines,etc.Results:227 prescriptions were included,involving 184 flavors of traditional Chinese medicines,which were always of flat nature,slightly cold,and were mainly attributed to the spleen meridian.A total of 21 drug combinations were obtained by associ-ation rule analysis,and the core drugs included Astragall Radix,Puerariae Lobatae Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhi-zoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,and Silkworm Sand.Conclusion:Professor Zhang Tingmo's treatment of diabetes mellitus is based on tonifying qi and activating blood,nourishing yin and clearing heat,and according to the characteristics of Chengdu's climate,drying dampness and inducing diuresis,which has good clinical efficacy.关键词
