虫类药在痛风性关节炎中的应用
The use of insect medicines in treating gouty arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Gouty arthritis falls under the category of"Bi syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its pathogenesis is characterized by Essential Deficiency with Manifest Excess,with the deficiency of the liver and kidney,and the manifestations of obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis and toxic pathogens.This condition is considered a chronic and intractable disease due to the deep entrenchment of pathogenic factors,leading to prolonged and persistent illness.This paper proposes that the core patho-genesis of gouty arthritis is blood stasis and toxic pathogens obstructing the collaterals.Clinically,the use of insect medicines with the therapeutic property of"searching and eliminating collaterals stasis"has demonstrated remarkable curative effects.Therefore,this paper systematically reviews the historical and contemporary TCM practitioners'experiences in treating gouty arthritis with insect medicines,summarizing the clinical application characteristics of representative herbs(eg.Pheretima,Bombyx Batrytica-tus,Scorpio,Scolopendra,Eupolyphaga Steleophaga,Hirudo),aiming to provide references for clinical practice.关键词
