基于"阳化气,阴成形"辨治阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征
Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome Based on the Theory of"Yang Transforming Qi,while Yin Constituting Form"

Abstract
This study explores the formation and progression of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)from the perspective of the theory of"Yang transforming Qi,while yin constituting form."Based on the apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),OSAHS is categorized into initial,middle,middle-late,and late stages.The pathological states derived from these stages are analyzed in four aspects:insufficient Yang transforming Qi,excessive Yin constituting form,excessive Yang transforming Qi,and insufficient Yin constituting form.Under this theoretical framework,the pathological mechanisms of phlegm,blood stasis,toxin,and deficiency are managed,with treatment principles guided by"examining Yin and Yang to distinguish deficiency and excess."Specific therapeutic approaches include tonifying the lung,fortifying the spleen,and regulating the liver;warming to dispel retained fluid and resolve stasis;detoxifying and resolving stasis with bitter-cold medicinals;and replenishing the kidney,nourishing essence,restoring damage,etc.This approach provides valuable guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.关键词
