Abstract
The knowledge system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is rich in contents,diverse in types and complex in relationships.Knowledge Graph(KG),as an important tool for knowledge discovery,carries a large amount of information while preserving the relationship among the information and can effectively describe and mine the tacit knowledge in TCM.KG has been developing rapidly since its introduction to the field of TCM,and it has been applied in the mining of the experience of famous and old TCM practitioners,prescription regularity analysis,intelligent Q&A and many other aspects.However,the current data mining method of KG is relatively single,mainly focusing on query retrieval,which restricts the discovery of tacit knowledge in TCM.In this paper,based on the KG of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for coronary heart disease constructed from literature,it test-ed and analyzed the algorithms commonly used in KG,such as centrality,community detection,similarity,pathfinding and so on to find the algorithms suitable for data mining in TCM and to provide assistance for the discovery of tacit knowledge in the KG in the field of TCM.关键词
