Exploring the Biochemical Basis and Pathogenesis of Vascular Dementia from the Theory of Blood Turbidity
摘要
Abstract
Vascular dementia(VD)refers to dementia caused by impaired cerebral blood flow due to various factors.As a type of dementia that can be prevented and controlled in advance,early intervention and treatment are crucial.Blood turbidity serves as a critical pathogenic condition initiating the progression of VD and also acts as a pathological factor involved in all stages of VD development.It accelerates the onset of hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,and hyperhomocysteinemia,ultimately leading to vascular dementia.Therefore,the treatment of VD should adhere to the principle of"clearing and resolving blood turbidity",targeting biochemical indicators such as blood pressure,blood sugar,and lipid levels to control risk factors,thereby achieving the goal of"treating disease before it arises".关键词
