Abstract
With the rapid development of the new energy automobile industry,large-scale integrated body die-casting technology,as one of the key technologies to achieve body lightweight,is gradually receiving extensive attention from the industry.This paper aims to discuss the design and practice of automation around large-scale integrated die casting islands,and elaborate the key technical points of automation around large-scale integrated die casting islands by analyzing the status quo of traditional die casting,layout of large-scale integrated die casting islands,process flow,equipment selection and other aspects,so as to provide reference for the automation around large-scale integrated die casting islands.关键词
