摘要

Abstract

Compared with traditional manufacturing technology,powder metallurgy and additive manufacturing have the advantages of a short production cycle,high efficiency,high overall material utilization and short iterative optimization cycle and are increasingly widely used in the aerospace field.As their raw material,the performance and quality of the powders directly affect the performance of the products.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the current major metal powder manufacturers worldwide,along with the historical evolution,fundamental principles of production technologies,current status,existing challenges,and future development trends in commercialized spherical metal powder preparation technologies.
