摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To improve the three-line sterile line.[Method]By using Changtian B and Wanxiang B as parents to interbreed,the test was conducted by multi-generational inbreeding followed by backcrosses with Wanxiang A.And the test also introduced the fragrance gene called Badh2 to the Changtian A by means of Molecular Maker Assisted Selection(MAS).[Result]The comprehensive and high-quality sterile line Changtian 2A that was sterile line stability and had no significant difference in genetic background of Changtian A and corresponding main-tainer line 2B was selected.[Conclusion]The improvement of sterile line provided new parental resources for the combined breeding of hybrid rice.关键词
