谷子种质资源主要性状的遗传多样性分析
Analysis of Genetic Diversity in Key Traits of Foxtail Millet Germplasm Resources

Abstract
[Objective]In order to understand the genetic diversity of local foxtail millet varieties in Shanxi and improve the utilization efficien-cy of germplasm resources.[Method]30 foxtail millet varieties were used as experimental materials to investigate the variation patterns and ge-netic diversity indices of their main agronomic and quality traits,along with principal component analysis and cluster analysis.[Result]The re-sults showed that among agronomic traits,grain weight per plant exhibited the largest coefficient of variation(22.07%),while thousand-grain weight demonstrated the highest genetic diversity index(1.56).For quality traits,crude fat displayed the largest coefficient of variation(18.82%),and crude protein showed the highest genetic diversity index(1.41),indicating relatively rich genetic diversity among the tested materials.Upon constructing the correlation matrix for 11 traits,it was discovered that there were 10 pairs of traits exhibiting extremely signifi-cant positive correlations,and 1 pair demonstrating extremely significant negative correlations.Principal component analysis revealed that the first five principal components accounted for a cumulative contribution rate of 83.240%.Cluster analysis using Ward's method classified the 30 foxtail varieties into five groups.Among these,Group Ⅲ could serve as breeding materials for quality improvement,while Group Ⅳ could be utilized as high-yield materials for breeding selection.[Conclusion]The results laid a foundation for improving the utilization efficiency of fox-tail millet germplasm resources.关键词
