基于"邪毒内生"理论辨治2型糖尿病思路探析

摘要
Abstract
"Internal accumulation of evil toxins"refers to the situation where heat,phlegm,stasis,and turbidity caused by diabetes patients are accumulated in the body,leading to obstruction and stagnation.Diabetes complications commonly involve the pathological mechanism of internal accumulation of evil toxins and damage to the organs.Meth-ods to remove evil and detoxify can not only improve clinical symptoms but also reduce inflammation,improve insulin resistance,improve glycemic and lipid metabolism,reduce kidney injury,and increase GLP-1 levels.Thus,in-depth research on the pathophysiology of diabetes-related evil toxins can have important clinical significance for improving the prevention and treatment of diabetes.关键词
