Analyzing the Similarities and Differences of Academic Views on Yin-protecting of Xin'an Medical Practitioners LUO Zhouyan and WU Cheng based on the"Miscellaneous Words of the Medical Sect"and the"Buju Collection"

Abstract
Based on the literature of The Essential Words of Medical Doctors and The Collection of Buju,we com-pare and analyze the viewpoints of LUO Zhouyan and WU Cheng on yin-protecting from the three aspects of doctrine,etiology,and treatment method and prescription in the Qing Dynasty Xin'an medical practitioners.LUO Zhouyan emphasized on Yin Qi because he was sick since childhood,and combined the essence of Zhongjing,Dongyuan,Danxi and other schools to invent the Yin door,which believed that the root of Yin disease was the lack of innate endowment.Therefore,the treatment should be warm to maintain and use sweet and cold medicines;WU Cheng acupuncture current doctors and the bias of ancient prescriptions,and compiled the"Bujuji",taking on the Zhongjing,Dongyuan,Danxi and others to open up the road to the"management of the spleen and Yin".It is believed that most of the deficiency diseases are characterized by deficiency of Yin and deficiency of fluid,and therefore,it is necessary to take care of the spleen and Yin as the key method in cultivating and supplementing the central palace.Comparing the similarities and differences between the two ideas of Yin protection has certain academic theoretical significance and clinical value.关键词
