新安医家汪启贤《济世全书》中风辨治特色探析
Analysis on Characteristics of Differentiation and Treatment of Apoplexy in"Jishi Quanshu"by WANG Qixian,a Doctor of Xin'an
摘要
Abstract
WANG Qixian,also known as Zhaokai,was born in Shexian County,Huizhou in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.He was one of the representative figures of Xin'an medical school.The author analyzes his character-istics of diagnosis and treatment by sorting out the relevant discussions on stroke in his book"Jishi Quanshu".WANG Qixian believes that stroke is a syndrome of deficiency in the root and excess in the superficial.The cause of the disease is found by true and similar,and the location of the disease is found from the viscera and blood vessels.When treat-ing,it is based on the overall concept,and the treatment is divided into slow and urgent to determine the Qi and blood,and both attack and supplement are used to achieve balance.It attaches importance to prevention before illness and prevention of changes after illness.At the same time,it pays attention to psychological regulation,is good at dispersing depression,regulating Qi,and protecting the spleen and kidney when using medicine to regulate Qi and blood.关键词
