翻转课堂联合情景式模拟教学在本科生中医脑病教学中的应用
Application of Flipped Classroom Combined with Simulated Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of TCM Brain Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of integrating flipped classroom with simulation teaching methods in clinical TCM brain disease education,providing a reference for improving the quality of clinical TCM brain disease teach-ing.Methods:A total of 80 undergraduate students from Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who interned at the Brain Disease Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a study group using the flipped classroom combined with simula-tion teaching method and a control group using traditional teaching methods,with 40 students in each group.The learning outcomes,critical thinking skills,and course satisfaction of both groups were compared at the end of the course.Results:The study group showed significantly better learning outcomes in three dimensions—professional theory assessment,clinical skill operation,and clinical diagnostic thinking—compared to the control group,with statistically significant dif-ferences(P<0.05).Overall,the study group outperformed the control group in critical thinking skills,particularly in five aspects:"flexible thinking,""diligent inquiry,"analytical skills,""independent ability,"and"pursuit of knowl-edge,"all of which scored significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The course satisfaction of the study group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:In the clinical teaching practice of TCM brain disease,integrating the flipped classroom with simulation teaching methods can stimulate students'initiative to learn,enhance their teamwork abilities,cultivate their logical analytical and critical thinking skills,and comprehensively improve their clinical comprehensive skills and theoretical knowledge mas-tery.Therefore,it has great potential for widespread application and promotion.关键词
