枢经理论指导下针刀联合正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症缓解期的疗效观察
The Therapeutic Effect of Needle Knife Combined with Bone-Setting Manipulation under the Guidance of Shu Jing Theory for Remission Stage of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of needle knife combined with bone-setting manipulation under the guidance of Shu Jing theory on patients with remission stage of lumbar disc herniation,and provide a theoretical basis for its future populariza-tion and application.Methods:In a randomized controlled trial,120 patients with remission stage of lumbar disc herniation were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received a combination of needle knife therapy and bone-setting manipulation under the guidance of Shu Jing theory,while the control group received standard Tuina treatment.As-sessments were conducted using the Overall Pain Assessment Scale and the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire before treat-ment,at the end of treatment,and three months post-treatment,as well as the differences in lumbar spine mobility,and evaluated the efficacy according to the"Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases".Results:After treatment,the scores of the Overall Pain Assessment Scale and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire in the observation group showed a sig-nificant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the lumbar spine mobility in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total response rate of the observation group was 96.60%,which was significantly higher than 81.03%that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle knife therapy combined with bone-setting manipulation under the guidance of Shu Jing theory can significantly improve the pain and dysfunction of patients with remission stage of lumbar disc herniation,and can improve the lumbar spine mobility of patients,showing a good clinical applica-tion prospect and popularization value.关键词
