筋膜推拿松解术治疗肩胛背神经卡压综合征1例
Fascia Massage for Treatment of Dorsal Scapular Nerve Entrapment Syndrome:A Case Report
摘要
Abstract
In the daily diagnosis and treatment of pain,upper back pain is an extremely common symptom,and the number of pa-tients who use this symptom as their first chief complaint is increasing.When these patients describe discomfort such as pain,numb-ness,acid,stiffness in the neck,shoulder,upper or inner edge of the scapula,if diagnosis other than brachial plexus compression can-not be ruled out,attention should be paid to whether there is compression at the peripheral nerve trunk of the scapular dorsal nerve.In clinical practice,the key to achieving therapeutic effects for this disease is to pay attention to consultation and physical examina-tion to clarify the location of nerve compression.The location of compression may vary for the same disease,and precise assessment of release is crucial.Our department is skilled in using a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat pain symptoms in the neck,shoulders,waist,legs,and other areas,as well as difficult and complicated diseases caused by spinal joint dis-orders.This article will report the diagnosis and treatment process and efficacy of a case of dorsal scapular nerve entrapment syn-drome treated with fascial massage,in order to provide a specific diagnosis and treatment plan and experience sharing.关键词
