岭南陈氏大推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、功能障碍评分及腰椎活动度的影响
The Effects of Lingnan Chen's Manipulation on VAS,ODI Scores and Lumbar Range of Motion in Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Lingnan Chen's manipulation founded by Professor Chen Weiliang,an orthopedic ex-pert in Foshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,on pain,dysfunction score and range of motion for lumbar spine in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into manipulation group(n=34)and medication group(n=34).The manipulation group was treated with Lingnan Chen's manipulation,while medica-tion group was treated with conventional Western Medicine(celecoxib capsules+Mecobalamin tablets).VAS,ODI score and range of motion for lumbar spine were evaluated before and 12 days after treatment,respectively.Results:After treatment,the VAS,ODI and range of motion for lumbar spine of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the VAS,ODI and range of motion for lumbar spine of manipulation group were better than those of medication group(P<0.05);The total response rate of manipulation group was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than 79.41%of medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar disc her-niation with Lingnan Chen's manipulation has good clinical curative effect.关键词
