The Effect of Proprioceptive Training on Balance and Walking Function in Parkinson's Disease Patients

Abstract
Objective:Exploring the effects of proprioceptive training on balance and walking function in Parkinson's disease patients.Methods:Sixty Parkinson's disease patients who visited the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou City were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group using a random number table method.The control group re-ceived conventional medication and rehabilitation training,while the observation group received proprioceptive training in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,and their Berg scores,gait parameters,and PDQ-39 scores were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the BBS scores of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and gait parameters(pace,stride,and step frequency)improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),the PDQ-39 score decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05);The BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),gait parameters(pace,stride,and step frequency)were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the PDQ-39 score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two schemes are effec-tive in improving the balance function and walking function of Parkinson's disease,but the effect of proprioceptive training com-bined with conventional therapy is more significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
