陆彦青教授"神经促通针法"治疗卒中后呼吸功能障碍的临床经验
Professor LU Yanqing's Experience in the Treatment of Respiratory Dysfunction after Stroke with Facilitative Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Respiratory dysfunction is a common stroke-related impairment.Damage to the respiratory center or related motor path-ways after stroke can directly lead to weakened respiratory muscle strength,respiratory muscle atrophy,abnormal respiratory rhythm,and reduced effective coughing.Based on the plasticity of the nervous system,modern rehabilitation medicine has devel-oped"nerve facilitation technique"to promote motor function recovery after stroke through peripheral sensory stimulation.Professor Lu Yanqing combines neuroprosthetic theory with the"Pan Du Meridian"theory,and further proposes the"neuroprosthetic acupunc-ture method"based on the innervation relationship of peripheral nerves in the respiratory motor pathway,as well as the relationship between TCM meridians and acupoints and Western medicine anatomical locations.This method involves acupuncture at C2～C4 and T8～T12 Jiaji points to treat respiratory dysfunction after stroke,and flexibly utilizes ultrasound-guided acupuncture to assess efficacy.This article summarizes Professor Lu Yanqing's clinical experience,providing new treatment modes and ideas for the clinical man-agement of this disease.关键词
