维吾尔医室内沙疗的研究进展
Research Progress of Indoor Sand Therapy in Uyghur Medicine
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the latest research progress of Uyghur medical indoor sand therapy,covering three aspects of its clinical application,mechanism of action and related technical improvements.Clinical studies have shown that Uyghur medical sand therapy is effective in rheumatoid arthritis,lumbar soft tissue injury,acute ankle injury and vitiligo,and is often applied in combina-tion with Uyghur medicinal substances or other rehabilitation means to improve the therapeutic effect.In terms of mechanism re-search,many scholars have explored the effects of sand therapy on human hemodynamics,blood rheology,bone quality and me-chanical properties through experimental studies,and initially revealed its possible mechanisms of action,such as improving blood circulation,promoting tissue repair and so on.Meanwhile,in order to enhance the therapeutic efficacy and safety of sand therapy,the researchers have devoted themselves to the improvement of indoor sand therapy technology,including the optimal design of sand therapy beds,the improvement of heating system,temperature control and homogenization of thermal field,etc.They have also made use of numerical simulation and experimental studies to optimize the thermal environment of indoor sand therapy to ensure the uniformity of sand therapy temperature and thermal field,so as to improve the therapeutic efficacy and avoid the risk of scalding and other injuries.These studies provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of Uyghur medical sand therapy and technical sup-port for its further development,which has important theoretical significance and practical application value,and contributes to the promotion of the modernization of Chinese medicine.The future research direction should focus on optimizing the parameters of sand therapy,establishing a more perfect evaluation system of therapeutic effect,and further elucidating its mechanism of action,so as to provide a scientific basis for the standardization and normative application of indoor sand therapy technology,and to promote its development into a kind of safe,effective,and culturally distinctive modern traditional Chinese medicine therapy.In addition,combining modern medical technology,such as high-frequency ultrasound,to assist the application of sand therapy also provides a new way of thinking to enhance its therapeutic effect.关键词
