不同覆盖模式对陇东旱塬区樱桃园土壤理化性质及细菌群落的影响
Effects of different mulching patterns on physical and chemical soil properties and bacterial communities in cherry orchards in the drought area of eastern Gansu

Abstract
This study aimed to explore suitable soil management practices for cherry orchards in the drought-prone area of the eastern Gansu.Here,clear tillage as the control(CK)and two mulching treatments were applied:Full orchard coverage with black ground fabric and with natural grass.We analyzed the effects of these treatments on the soil properties and soil bacterial community composition and diversity.The results showed that,compared to clean tillage,both two mulching treatments significantly affected the soil physicochemical properties and bacterial community composition and diversity in the 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil layers(P<0.05).Except for soil pH and moisture content,natural grass mulching resulted in significantly higher levels of soil organic matter,total phosphorus,total nitrogen,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium than the black ground fabric treatment(P<0.05),with values decreasing with depth.In the 0-20 cm soil layer,the Chao1 and Shannon indices of the soil bacterial community under natural grass mulching were significantly higher than under horticultural ground fabric(P<0.05),while in the 20-40 cm layer,only the Shannon index was significantly higher under natural grass mulching(P<0.05).The dominant bacterial phyla in the 0-40 cm soil layer across all treatments were Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,and Chloroflexi.Their combined relative abundance was highest under natural grass mulching in the 0-20 cm layer but lowest in the 20-40 cm layer.Redundancy analysis(RDA)and hierarchical partitioning(HP)identified soil moisture content,pH,and available phosphorus content as the key factors influencing soil bacterial composition and diversity.In conclusion,natural grass mulching significantly enhanced soil nutrient content and bacterial microbial diversity in the cherry orchard and is therefore recommended as the preferred soil management practice for cherry orchards in the drought-prone area of eastern Gansu.关键词
