国医大师刘敏如应用槐花治疗女科血证经验探析
National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine Liu Minru's Experience in Applying Sophora Japonica in Treating Blood Syndrome of Females
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes master of traditional Chinese medicine Professor Liu Minru's experience in treating blood syndrome of females with Sophora japonica.Sophora japonica is commonly used in the treatment of various blood syndromes,and Professor Liu has combined modern pharmacological research to further understand the function of Sophora japonica and its combinations of herbal.Blood syndrome of females is caused by a variety of reasons incoordination between the Chong and Ren-Meridians,the origin of which is the Liver and Kidneys.In treating blood syndrome,Professor Liu uses Sophora japonica and other herbal to stop bleeding flexibly,emphasizing both the symptoms and the root causes of the problem.Frequent combinations include Sophora japonica with Salvia miltior-rhiza,purging Fire,relieving restlessness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis;Sophora japonica with Xianhe Cao,clearing the Liver and laxative Fire to replenish the deficiency,astringent and cool the blood to stop bleeding;Sophora japonica with Pueraria lobata to stop bleeding and elevate Yang;Angle of medicine Sophora japonica-Chaihu-Huangjing cools blood soothing the Liv-er,tonifying Kidney and nourishing Essence.In addition,Professor Liu also attaches importance to the timing of patients taking medi-cine,and adjusts the time and frequency of patients taking medicine according to the urgency of their illness.关键词
