Exploring Pathogenesis and Treatment of Oral Mucosal Diseases Caused by Six Climatic Exopathogens Based on"Xuanfu-Qi-Liquid-Mucosa"Theory

Abstract
Oral mucosal diseases are a type of complex mucosal disorder with symptoms and conditions that are relatively complicated.The etiology and pathogenesis are closely related to the dysfunction of the Xuanfu and the imbalance of Qi-Liquid in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the"Xuanfu-Qi Liquid-Mucosa"theory,the author analyzes the pathogenesis and clinical features of oral mucosal diseases caused by the six climatic exopathogens.It is believed that the primary pathogenesis of these diseases involves the blockage of Xuanfu and the obstruction of Qi-Liquid.This article elaborates on the advantages of treatment that aims to open the Xuanfu,regulate Qi-Liquid,and restore mucosal moisture in the management of common oral mucosal diseases in clinical practice.By examining the disease from the"Xuanfu-Qi Liquid-Mucosa"theory,this paper systematically analyzes the pathogenesis of these conditions and propo-ses reasonable treatment strategies,offering new therapeutic methods and approaches for the treatment of oral mucosal diseases with tra-ditional Chinese medicine.关键词
