基于横络解结法刃针治疗中风后肩痛的临床研究
Clinical Study of Blade-needle Therapy in Treatment of Post-stroke Shoulder Pain Based on Transverse Collateral Lysis Method

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of blade-needle therapy in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods:Sixty patients suffering from post-stroke shoulder pain were selected based on the inclusion criteria and ran-domly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group,with 30 patients in each.The treatment group underwent blade-nee-dle therapy,whereas the control group received standard acupuncture treatment.Both groups were provided with routine basic care and underwent rehabilitation training.The outcomes were assessed after four courses of treatment,focusing on changes in the patients' pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,upper limb motor function,modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores and Clinical effective rate.Results:Following the intervention,both groups exhibited statistically significant improvements in VAS scores,Fugl-Meyer Assess-ment(FMA)scores,and MBI scores compared to their respective baseline scores(P<0.05).Moreover,the post-treatment VAS,FMA,and MBI scores in the treatment group showed statistically significant improvements over those in the control group(P<0.05).The efficacy rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,significantly higher than the 73.33%observed in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of scalpel-needle therapy based on the"theory of transverse collateral and node releasing"can effectively alleviate shoulder pain symptoms in stroke patients,improve upper limb function,and enhance self-care ability,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
