Gu Ying's Experience in Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Theory of"Meridian Sinew-Zangfu"
摘要
Abstract
This article summarize the experience and clinical application of Gu Ying,a senior physician,in treating rheumatoid arthri-tis based on"Meridian sinew and Zangfu"theory.Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by joint pain,swelling,and functional impairment."The tendons bind the bones and control the joints",although the Meridian sinews and Zangfu have no direct connection,but they are closely related in maintaining normal human functions.The pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is complex,and chief physician Gu Ying believes that it is necessary to approach treatment based on syndrome differentiation starting from the holistic view,from the local"tendons pathogenic points"to the human body's Zangfu,using the combination of external treat-ment of traditional Chinese medicine and internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,to give full play to the synergistic effect of internal and external linkage,and integrate Qi and Blood,internal and external treatment,which has a good effect on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
